Returns Policy for Be Sui Generis Limited

Customised Products

As Be Sui Generis Limited products are personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged in transit. However, we will accept returns of customised products in their original condition within 10 days of dispatch at the discretion of our Customer Services team, provided that:

  • The goods were damaged in transit.
  • The goods suffer from a manufacturing defect.

You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund for customised items. Each case will be carefully reviewed, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage will be required.


Non-Customised Products

We accept returns for defective or faulty non-customised products only. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including for items ordered in the wrong size. Please ensure you consult our detailed size guide before placing your order.


Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns service. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label. We recommend selecting the cheapest tracked option to ensure the item is returned securely.


Additional Information

Refunds or replacements will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned items. Unauthorised returns or items returned outside of the policies outlined above will not be accepted.
